John Holden has over twenty years of experience practicing business law and worked as in-house counsel for a large international transportation company for ten years before starting his own business law firm. John Holden works with established businesses as well as entrepreneurs and growing businesses to assist with their legal requirements. John Holden has extensive experience advising employers in how to comply with the complex employment laws. He provides businesses with counsel on hiring and firing procedures, and drafting employment contracts. He can assist your company in preventing, investigating and resolving employee complaints. He has investigated hundreds of employee complaints throughout the United States. He will work with you to develop policies and strategies to ensure corporate compliance with state and federal employment laws.
John Holden has represented business and individuals before numerous state administrative agencies and in Minnesota State and Federal courts. John Holden is a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law and did his undergraduate work at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. John Holden regularly volunteers his time for start up businesses and minority businesses as a volunteer attorney for LegalCorps and has also worked with numerous non-profits. In his free time he coaches youth sports in Edina where he and his family live.
